Billing, Insurance Co-payments and/or Past Due Balances are due at the time of service at our Muscle Shoals family physician office. We accept major types of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many more. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
