Dr. Rohan Pareek, M.D., originally from Memphis, Tennessee, has been practicing in Muscle Shoals since 2025 when he joined Avalon Medical Group. He earned a B.S. in biology from the University of Memphis and his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Medicine. He completed a rigorous residency in family medicine at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he served as chief resident, enhancing his leadership and clinical expertise. He further specialized through a fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, deepening his focus on women’s health. Dr. Pareek is board certified in family medicine and has received prestigious awards, including the Best Resident Award, Outstanding Resident in Obstetrics Award, Chief Resident Award, and the AFMRD Family Medicine Resident Award for Advocacy, underscoring his commitment to patient care and advocacy. His interests and hobbies include technology, tech help, weather spotting and chasing, horse trail riding, and social media engagement.
